Many thanks to Kevin in Exeter’s Loake store. He provided me with first class service. I came in for an umbrella and left with the nicest pair of shoes I’ve owned too. Kevin gave plenty of help advice and warmly guided a fashion novice through many things. I’m pleased with both my new umbrella and shoes and look forward to shopping here again.
