All orders over £100.00 are sent FREE of carriage charges within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.

For orders under £100.00, a non refundable carriage charge of £7.95 or £4.95 for smaller items will be added to the final order total. Unfortunately we are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3-5 working days. However during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more extreme areas such as the Highlands of Scotland may also take slightly longer.

You may also receive your delivery note, returns labels and receipts in a separate letter from your parcel, should these letters not arrive, please contact our team who will be happy to send eCopy via email.

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department. All our UK dispatches are sent via DPD or Royal Mail and will require the goods to be signed for, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

If you are not in when our couriers first attempt to deliver, they will leave a card and return your order back to their local depot. They will attempt delivery again on the following working day unless otherwise instructed. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS text message when your order is despatched. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Every product within your order is checked by our team prior to shipping for accuracy and quality. In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or damaged products, please contact our Customer Services team so we can arrange a return and replacement.

When will I get my order?

Where will my order ship from?

The majority of products featured on our website are held in physical stock at one of our UK stores and will be shipped directly to you from that store. For orders containing multiple items, we will try to send all products through from the same store, however this is not always possible whilst ensuring you receive your order in a timely fashion therefore you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

All our UK dispatches are sent via DPD or Royal Mail and will require the goods to be signed for, so please bear this in mind when ordering. If your has been updated by the couriers as "Delivered" but you have not received your delivery, please contact our Customer Services team.
