We are delighted to be able to offer a free Click & Collect service from any of our UK stores.

Having selected the items you wish to purchase, select ‘Click & Collect’ as your desired ‘Delivery Method’ and choose the most convenient store to collect from. You can then continue to complete your order, selecting your desired payment method.

On completion of your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email with full details of your purchase, including your chosen collection location.

  1. Complete your order selecting ‘Click & Collect’ and your desired Brogue Trader store to collect from.
  2. Your order will be processed as normal and will be available to collect in 2-5 working days subject to stock availability.
  3. Once your order has arrived in store and has been through our final quality inspections, you will receive an email or telephone call to confirm they are ready to collect.
  4. You will have up to 7 days from our confirmation to collect your order from your chosen store.

When will my item be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, it can take between 2 – 5 working days for the items to be ready for collection (*subject to stock availability). We will send you an email or phone the moment your items are ready to be collected. Please don’t arrive before you receive conformation that your order is ready as your order may not yet be in store.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

Once your order has arrived at your chosen location and is ready for collection, you will receive conformation that your order is ready & you will now be able to collect your order from your chosen location. PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your:

  • ‘Order Confirmation Email’ (printed or on your phone).
  • A valid form of photo ID, e.g. Passport/Driving licence.
  • The card used to make payment or setting up your Klarna payments. In the case of a PayPal payment being made, we will require the PayPal payment confirmation email that you would have received when placing the order.
  • We recommend that you arrange a convenient date and time for you to collect your order. Details of our store locations can be found on our website.

How long do I have to collect my order?

If you haven’t collected your order within 7 days of us confirming that your order is ready for collection, then we will attempt to get in touch with you to remind you of your purchase. If another 7 days pass and we cannot make contact with you, then we will have to return your goods to the website stock warehouse, whereby you will have to make contact with us regarding the future collection or delivery of your items. If you wish to extend the holding period of your purchases then please contact us and let us know.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf. You will need to state this in the ‘Notes’ section of the checkout or call us in advance to confirm. However, they will need to bring in the following:

  • A printout of your ‘Order Confirmation’ email as proof of purchase.
  • A valid form of their own photo ID, e.g. Passport/Driving license.
  • The details of your order i.e. Buyers name, telephone number & billing address.

What if I arrive to collect my order and I don’t want it anymore?

If you come to collect your order and for any reason you wish to return it, e.g. item doesn’t fit, product is damaged or it isn’t as expected, just let the store staff know and they can arrange for our Web Team to process a refund for you or an exchange if you prefer. Please leave the item/items in-store with the return slip completed and we will arrange collection from store. Once in receipt of your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If you have chosen to exchange your item/items, these will be delivered directly back to the store and you will be notified when the item/items are ready for collection.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Distance Selling regulations, you will have 14 days from the date of collecting your items to return them for a full refund and your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that we are unable to refund any Click & Collect orders directly in store.
