Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders are sent within the UK, including Northern Ireland, free of carriage charges.

    We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days. However, sometimes during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more extreme areas such as the Highlands of Scotland may take slightly longer also.

    If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department. All our UK despatches are sent via Interlink Express.

    All our orders are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

    If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt delivery again on the following working day unless otherwise instructed. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

    We are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your shoes you can return them to us within 14 days where you receive a credit note for total price paid for the returned items.

    It is very important that items to be returned to us are in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.

    Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form and enclose it with your shoes.

    Please replace the items in the original packaging and attach the address label..

    Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until you have received your credit note. If you wish to order replacements, these will be sent to you free of carriage charges. Please specify the delivery address on the returns form if you require replacement shoes.

    On receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a credit note to the original address used to ship your items (for online orders) or to the address specified for in-store purchases.

    Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.

    Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

    • Return within 14 days for a credit note for the price paid for the returned items.
    • Returns to be in a saleable condition.
    • Returns form enclosed with your shoes.
    • For online orders we will send the credit note to the original order address.
    • For in-store purchases we will send the credit note to your specified address.
